Each time our body experiences a stress response, our ability to have natural
energy decreases. We need help getting energy so we rely on caffeine or
sugar for a band aid solution which perpetuates the cycle. We all need
energy to go about our days but it is possible to generate natural
energy from within by meditation.
Before beginning any relaxation exercises or meditations, be sure you are not operating a vehicle, machinery or attending to the needs of children.
