ZenWorlds ZenCast #32 is a meditation designed to help you manage anger. Anger is a very natural emotion. Some manage it better than others. Some take a deep breath and shrug off what made them angry and some have tendencies to stew on the source of the anger without the ability to self-sooth. For those that need a little help calming yourself when feeling anger, this meditation will help you. Letting go of anger will also help you diffuse grudges you may be holding onto. They're simply protection mechanisms for your ego so you wont leave yourself vulnerable to more hurt. Let's let it all go one breath at a time.
